Our members take on meaningful leadership positions such as president, vice president, media lead, editor, co-editor, core team member, manager, and community manager. These roles allow them to gain hands-on experience, manage teams, coordinate events, communicate with communities, and make decisions that have real-world impact.
Through these responsibilities, young people build confidence, learn teamwork, develop organizational and leadership skills, and understand how to manage projects in practical life. This exposure at an early stage helps them grow and prepares them for their future careers and endeavors.
By giving youth genuine leadership roles rather than token participation, Yaran e Khair is cultivating a new generation of capable, confident leaders who are already making a difference in their communities today — and will continue to do so tomorrow.
Surely access to basic support should be a human right in the 21st century. If you can only give £10 just this one time, it will still make a difference.
